Extra virgin olive oil Monocultivar Cerasuola in tin with a net weight of 3 litres. It was obtained exclusively from cold extraction of fruits, harvested from Cerasuola olive groves, one of the most located varieties of Occidental Sicily.

  Yellow turning to greenish colour.

  It’s noted for the medium fruity, herbaceous, with almond , artichoke and tomato aroma.

On taste, it’s also characterized by vegetal aroma with medium intensity sensations of bitter and spicy.

It’s suitable to season grilled meats and vegetables dishes. Moreover, using of this crude oil on legumes soups or fish and salad dishes, the odour and taste characteristics are enhanced.
