Extra virgin olive oil Monocultivar Nocellara del Belice in in dark glass bottle with a net weight of 750 millilitres. It was obtained from cold extraction of Nocellara del Belice olives, one of most precious and appreciate Sicilian variety. It’s noted as double attitude variety, because of large drupes sizes, and therefore, it can be used both for table olives and extra virgin olive oil production. It’s mainly located on Trapani district, but it also cultivated, without particular difficulty, in others area, such as Agrigento, Palermo and oriental Sicily area.

  Green colour with golden reflections.

  It ‘s noted for the medium – intense fruity, herbaceous, with tomato, artichoke and almond aroma.

  On taste, herbaceous sensations are confirmed. Bitter and spicy are medium intense and harmonically balanced.

  It’s suitable for crude and cooked seasoning of fish, grilled red meats and vegetables dishes, and legumes soups. It can be also used for short cooking at high temperature and fried dishes.
