Clementines
The Clementines are also called “Mandaranci” because they are an hybrid between mandarins and oranges. They belong to the category of easy-peeling fruits, that is, they peel easily. They are therefore very suitable as a snack also for children.
The ripening period runs from mid-november to mid-january.
P.S. THE PRODUCTS BY NATURE ARE A FEW SOFT ALREADY ON THE PLANT, BUT THIS WILL NOT ALTER THE LIFE OF THE FRUIT.
Quality
Fruit
The fruits have a rounded shape lightly pressed at the poles and a medium size.
Peel
The skin is thin and intense orange in color, not very linked to the pulp.
Polp
The pulp is very sweet and rich in juice, without seeds except some fruit.
Juice
The plentiful juice is very aromatic with a high sugar content has and with elevated quantity of vitamin C, antioxidants and mineral salts.
Late Mandarins
The Late Mandarin is also called “Marzuddu”, because its maturation period is in March. It’s rich of vitamins such as B1 and B2 which stimulate appetite and digestion and improve the respiratory system.
The ripening period runs from January to march.

The skin is smooth and thin, with intense orange in color. It’s easily detached from the pulp.
Polp
The pulp is rich in juice and it contains seeds inside the delicate slices.
Juice
The juice is very aromatic, which makes it a mandarin with an unmistakable taste, withan high sugar content.
